Logan Catering Co. is led by Bec and Leigh — experienced hospitality operators with a proven track record in building award-winning venues and high-performing catering operations across the City of Logan.

Their journey began with The White House of Waterford, a fine dining institution that quickly became one of Logan’s most recognised restaurants. Over seven years, it earned multiple Logan Chamber of Commerce awards, was consistently ranked among the top restaurants in Greater Brisbane, and became known for its polished service, refined menus and uncompromising standards.

From there, Bec and Leigh evolved their vision with La Casetta Italian Kitchen — first through a premium Italian food truck delivering restaurant-quality catering across the region, and later through a full-service restaurant and wine bar. Both ventures reinforced one thing: when systems, quality control and hospitality standards are done properly, the experience speaks for itself.

Logan Catering Co. is the corporate evolution of that experience.
