A deluxe grazing table as your centrepiece — premium cheeses, curated antipasto and house-made accompaniments — with roaming canapés served progressively so food keeps flowing all night.

Confit duck tartlet — Chinese five spice, cucumber, pomegranate pearls
Mooloolaba prawn cocktail on crisp prawn cracker (GF)
Roasted cauliflower bite — peperonata, gremolata (VG, GF)
Cypriot chicken skewer — lemon, oregano, mint tzatziki (GF)
Mini beef meatballs in sugo (GF)
Shrimp & crab spring roll — plum sauce, fried shallot (GF)
House-made mixed arancini — parmesan, aioli (V)

Food truck
Our mobile kitchen cooks and serves fresh on site — a great centrepiece for corporate parties, staff celebrations, festivals and community events.
No minimum guest numbers
$2,000 minimum food spend (staffing quoted separately)

Bar service, drinks packages, RSA staff and barista coffee are available — tell us what you need and we'll include it in your proposal.
